Ensure the item is unwashed, unworn, and still has the original tags attached.

Send your Order # and a brief note (or photos) to service@bigtallguys.com.
Ship It
Once approved, we'll send instructions on where to send your package.
Refund/Swap
Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund or ship your new size within 48 hours.

We want you to feel confident in your fit. If you need a different size:
- First exchange is processed quickly to get you the right fit.
- Tall (T) and Big (XL) swaps are always welcome.
- Items must be in original, sellable condition.
Refund Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
- Processing takes 3-7 business days after receipt at our warehouse.
